Life Change Of Zach
"For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost." - Luke 19:10
During Jesus' ministry the crowds around Him were greater than golf fans around Tiger Woods. A short man named Zaccheus was determined to see Him, so he climbed a tree. Not every day does the richest and most despised man in town climb a tree. Jesus saw him and knew he was searching, looking for meaning, something that money and power don't bring. So He asked Zach to lunch. The crowds were appalled, for Zach was such a known sinner. Yet meeting Jesus changed his life--by paying back all those he had defrauded and giving money to the poor. What a change--going from a desire to get, to a desire to give.
Jesus told the crowd He came to seek and save those who were spiritually lost. That's good news for those of you who feel far from God, whom money or power has left feeling empty. Jesus came for people like you. Get to know Him like Zach did and you'll discover the meaning of life.

From Julie on May 6th:
This is such a beautiful story.I am so thankful that the Lord knows my heart even if I don't speak it.I don't have a lot of money, the Lord provides , but I know how good it feels to give.
From Melanie on May 6th:
Money is fleeting and doesn't hold a candle to what Jesus brings to our lives. It's a tool that God gives us, but it shouldn't be our primary focus.
From Janice on May 6th:
Zaccheus went to special effort to really see Jesus because Jesus was that important to him. The more effort we put into seeking Jesus, the more we will be rewarded. Seek and ye shall find just as Zaccheus did. Praise God that Jesus came to earth and we have the Word to show us the way to Him.
